There is no magic bullet to being fit. This is a common statement made by fitness professionals,
myself included. And it’s true
folks.
Meal replacement shakes, 100 calorie snack packs, cabbage
soup diets or the Thigh Master will not help you attain a better you.
Clean eating. Whole
natural foods, such as fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Daily exercise. 8 glasses of water each day. These will make you fit. These will keep your organs working properly.
